Handstands are a great way to improve strength, body control, and proprioception. Bases, flyers, and general athletes will find physical and mental benefits from handstand training. It may look intimidating, but give it a shot and you may be surprised at how much you can do!

Flexibility
Twisting, bending, and squatting are necessities of daily life, and it’s important to make sure that we keep a good range of motion in our bodies. Functional flexibility helps us–and our acro too! Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes, that’s cool, we’ll teach you!

Contact improv
Contact improv is a movement art that offers the opportunity for participants to explore their bodies and movement style in relation to the bodies and movements around them. Learn to move with and around others, and see what new shapes and sequences you can create together!
