Hello there!

Our space is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in movement, self improvement, community or any combination of the three. You do not need any prior experience in acro, flexibility, or strength to begin your movement journey with us.

Suggested Clothing

There are no strict clothing requirements in the space, but we suggest wearing clothing that is comfortable to move in. Both overly tight and overly loose clothing are discouraged. Clothing that is excessively tight can restrict movement. Baggy clothing can get caught during partner activities and can fall down when moving or up side down. Shoes are not permitted on the blue mats.

Suggested Equipment

Although we do suggest bringing a full bottle of water, unless otherwise specified, equipment necessary for class will be provided.
